Ek trailing arm removal help!

doing a rear disc break convestion.
i took everything out except the compensator arm bolt
is there any advice on how to remove this bolt?
after a 24 inch breaker bar with tube extension it finally loosen the bolt but now the bolt wont come out, its stuck! need help pls.
btw i will be getting an alignment after the swap.

Soak it in PB Blaster and let it sit for a while. You can also heat it up with a torch to try to break it free.

If there isn't that much corrosion, just tap it through the otherside.

the rubber already ripped, i think the only way id to cut the bolt.
the center part of the compensator arm is stuck with the compensator bolt, so even tho the bolt is out its still stuck.
