electrical problems

My car wont crank. ..no fuses are blown ..will turn over but wont fire... it is not fuel pump.....computer from parts store wont connect

So you get dash lights when you turn the key on? No CEL? If there's a CEL, use the service connector, jump it and read the codes that way. How do you know no fuses are blown? Have you checked them with a fuse tester?

Even they need tune ups! Never successfully pulled codes from a Model T though...

Let's guess OP's car. Computer won't connect, turns over but doesn't start, No blown fuses. 1966 Chevy C10. The computer won't connect because it doesn't have one, you're likely plugging the tester into the tape deck. The issue with turning over you can test by spraying started fluid directly into the carb. Let us know how you make out.
