Hey guys I couldn't find this information on the internet when I needed it. Here you are 
When re-installing your front seats you must tighten the floor bolts to 25 ft lbs
Steps for removal:
1.) remove left and right plastic covers on the back of the seat rail
2.) remove 4 floor bolts you may need to adjust seat/floor mat
3.) slide and fold seat forwards tip to the side of the door
4.) under the seat unclip SRS harness from seat (disarm SRS first to be safe)
5.) carefully remove seat from car (careful the rails are sharp and can scratch your car
reinstall in reverse order.
