engin mount how to? (replace broken mount)

Hey guys, i need some words of advice how to replace my engin mount... although this is the second time within a year that i have had to replace it. I have had the swap for 3 years or so...and my engin mount just keeps breaking. Anyhow, i am down at school and need some help on how to replace. If any of you awsome honda people have a how to guide... or can send me somewhere that would be great. Its for a 97 civic HX with a JDM b16. Again thank you

that would be the hydrolic mount. and the way i know is put jack under the motor and jack it up a little unbolt the broken mount and bolt the new one on. and use jack stands you wouldnt want the jack to slide out and your engine fall
