Engine cranks but does not start

Hello,
I have a 92 Civic CX 1.5 D15B7.
My engine used to start cold and run great but when it warmed up it would intermittently idle hard. When turned off it would take 6 hours to a day before it would start again. After a week if I was slowing down and did not ride the clutch to a stop it would die. Had to also keep pressure on gas pedal. I searched all the forums I could and replaced the most logical parts in order until now.
1. Fuel Pump, Strainer, Filter
2. ECT sensor and thermo
3. Radiator Fan Switch
4. Tested my ICM and it passed on all levels
5. MAP sensor was cracked in two placed, replaced it.

Getting fuel to the cylinders. No leaks. Good pressure. No shorts on any wires. Fuses are all good.

Car will not start now, and I made sure to not damage, bend, or use much force on any part during removal and install.
Thanks everyone

Have you tried a good working distributor? Have you tried a working main relay?
