Dear honda driver,
i have a 2005 civic which is giving me this headache. temp rise after cruising for some time and came to a red light stop. when its green light, i quickly drive fast to allow ram air to cool it.
things changed: thermostat, both fans are working, small bubbles when radiator cap is open, water in radiator is swirling when accelerator is stepped on.
the last thing is the cylinder gasket which is costly and may not be a permanent solution according to a few workshops.
i need to open the radiator cap everyday to top up water and drain water from spare tank as it always reaches the brim of the spare tank. it seems that there is pressure in it and the water can only flow 1 direction.
