Engine swapped, sputtering. 96 Civic

I have a 96 civic dx sedan blew engine @ 212k got a 1.5l cheap so I dropped it in (not by choice) got the engine from a jdm dismantler don't know much about it except it has 30-70k miles... it is spuddering on acceleration at times when I floor it it has headers back exhaust no cat apollo air intake ran to the front bumper. The sensor wire that go to the intake got broke I have those wire connected back together not sure if that's it just kinda worried it's getting worse. I ran injector cleaner thru twice too any advise is better then none

Are you using the correct ECU for the engine and are theO2 sensors still connected?
