and with a stock b18b head how much would this engine make about n/a?

How about with a stock b16 head n/a?

Assuming the motor was put together well, you could presumably make in the 300's reliably with the proper power adding setup, and correct air fuel ratios. If you plan on slapping a "stock" head onto the block, without any power adders it is reasonable to assume you will make the power to the equivalent of the motor that the head comes from. In other words, if you put a b18c head on the block, you could roughly estimate the same power as a b18c. In my opinion this is logical, and emphasizes the necessity of a power adder for those searching big power from honda motors.
