I was wondering if you can get the EX lip off or do you have to swap bumpers

there are a few bolts holding the lip on to the bumper. is this for your car?

my car is a 95. i dont have a lip. i wonder was it an option?? but yeah if your trying to remove a lip it should only be a cuple bolts.

i'm almost sure the bolt pattern is still on your bumper.

It is not just a few bolts. It's a bunch. You also need the brackets but if you have em then it'll all bolt right on. I swapped mine from my EJ1. If you don't have the brackets then I'd ghetto rig it w/ some zip ties cause I quoted the brackets and bolts from a local dealership and it cam out to a bill and some change. Bastards!!!

Another question: Has anyone ever tried putting a coupe/hatch OEM lip on a sedan? I know it probably won't fit without modification. Just wondering, I might try it because I don't feel like paying $130 for a JDM EG9 OEM lip.

you cant swap the bumpers themselves......what hell would make you think a lip (THAT GOES ON THE BUMPER) would fit without modification

its number 4, and it doesn't look like it requires too many bolts. Email them, ask them what is required to install the stock lip, tell them you're rebuilding a car, cause last time I told them I was modifying my car, they didn't want to help me.
