Exhaust help PLEASE!!!

Ok i have a 95 civic ex with the d16z6. i put a ebay header back exhaust on it then i lowered the car 2.5 inches all around. My problem is that the egay exhaust is way to low and hits speed bumps. Its mostly right where it comes out of the header. Is there an inexpensive way to fix this or a shorter header set up i could buy? i could always shorten my hangers but i can't shorten my header lol. Thanks for any help you guys can offer.

Raise the car up a little? or I've seen fabricated like plates of some kind of metal like steel welded onto the botton of the header so it scrapes the plate instead of the header itself.

Does anyone else have this problem or is it just the cheap exhaust. so maybe i should just buy a good name brand header and midpipe.
