So I have an hks hi power exhaust on my civic and when I first got it installed it didnt make any noise but now that I dropped my engine in its raddling like crazy I dunno if I need a new bumper w a bigger cut out for the exhaust because mine is stock or do I take it back n see if they can do something any suggestions or u can pm me thanks.
