Fast idle valve, Do I have one?

Does the 99 ex d16y8 have a fast idle vavle? I've been trying to troubleshoot my high idle issue, and I've been reading clean the the iacv which I did. Now I'm trying to find the fitv. Do I even have one? If so can someone show me what it looks like and tell me where to look at.

i have heard of computers going bad. I havnt heard as much in hondas as I have in dsm cars.

yes an ECU can infact go bad.

So is the fact that my D16Y8 idles at 1,500rpm until it warms up a bad sign? Is it like a potential major problem? Will it get worse? I don't mind the high idle too much, but I don't want it to get worse!

Mine idles just shy of 1500 and my previous civic with y8 did the samething

my y8 always idled at 1500-2000 for a bit in the morning, i think its part of the ecu programming to help it warm up faster
