I'm thinkin of gettin H22a engine and puting it in my car, would it be an easy swap??? Any Opinions???(My car is 1996 Civic Ex{4 Door})

Also wat is the biggest size rims I can put on this car???

get some ebay coilovers on stock shocks

drop that h22 in the trunk and put the subs under the hood. (works for ferrari's + having the engine under the hood is so played out)

2 10" subs and a box should'nt sag the rear that much..unless they were like 50-100 pounds each

yah. your car sounds f**ked. Get some coilovers maybe and lowe it till it's like driving a piece of plywood down the highway.
