Fixing Jerk on Acceleration

ive never had any of those symptoms, and i have had bad motor mounts before...

my car accelerates smooth as a baby's ass

motor mounts!! if your decelerating at like 5000rpm its gonna do that, if it still does it like starting at 2000-3000 rpm then probably switch the mounts i just smash my clutch to the floor if its any higher than 3000
