Fixing peeling

So I ve been wanting to fix this but not sure how. Anyone got ideas?

seems its still not working...maybe i'm doing it wrong. I uploaded the pic on to imageshack and then used the "insert image"here asking for the url.

If the paint is peeling, you probably have to sand it and go over it again.

That belt molding comes off. You have to sand it and repaint it, or buy new one which is what I suggest. Looks better and they are not that much.

Is it called Belt Molding ? So I can go and search for it. Would I have to take the window off to remove and place the new belt.
