Flywheel opinion. Light or heavy?

Which brand of flywheel do you think is best: Light, Heavy? Because I've heard that light flywheel has it's advantage and disadvantage same as heavy ones...So I'm just a bit confuse. I was thinking about Fidanza. Just something not too expensive.

i have fidanza 7.5 lb on my b16.. and i like it...

I'd go 'medium' lol. If you go too light, you do tend to lack some 'hill climb' character or so I hear. I also seem to remember some cars idling a little high if they weren't tuned.

If you're getting used, be sure to resurface it and it will help your clutch last longer. If it is new then skip that step.

i have a light wieght fly wheel on my mini me and i love it. and the hills are no problems
