fog lights question

Hey guys I've been wanting to ad some oem yellow fogs to my bumper I've seen it done already on quite a few rides on this site but for some reason I think that my bumper is different. I've got some damm plastic deals in the way, did you guys cut them out????? I know my car was involved in a front accident it was mostly cosmetical damage but I don't know if the bumper they put on was an oem or a chep imitation.

on the sides where the fogs go, you cut out the plastic for the fog lights. if/when you buy some OEM fogs, they should have a picture of where you need to cut.
