Foglights smoking??

When I got outside of my car, i looked at my foglights which were on, and they were smoking lol, kinda smelled like plastic or something... anyone have any ideas?

I had a pair and the h3 bulb got too hot and melted the plastic on the inside of the light which caused heat to melt the wiring... so yup probably the wiring, just in the bulb housing though, open it up and check it out?

anyways, yeah il lhave to check it out and no im not doing it wrong. Theyve been on the car for a year now, and been fine until now, anyways they were installed by professional ight man.. so yeah most likely wiring?? cuz when i put my hand on the glass its real hot, and i dnt remember it bein like that be4.

Bulb is bad or you just never noticed it wrong, pull it out and look at the backs and the wires
