Front license plate frame removal aftermath

Anyone have any quick fixes for a hole in the front bumper?

I just got an 05 Civic EX SE. I went to take off the front license plate frame (don't need it, or want it, here in NC) only to find that the previous owner/idiot put a bolt into the bumper to hold it on. I guess the 2 bolts on the bottom weren't enough. Now that the frame is off there is of course an ugly whole.

There is a moding on the bumper that runs from each wheel well to the edge of where the license plate frame was. Does anyone know of a 'filler' strip that would fit in this gap and make it appear as one seamless molding all the way around or am I stuck with traditional body work?

you can get a nifty-neato-neuspeed cover

That would be my choice for what you described

or you can get some little plastic plugs from the Motormite (HELP) rack at your auto parts store. little touch up paint and Voila'!

Or you can try to see if the OE Honda bumper plugs will still fit.

^^ sig too big, make it smaller. Dimensions are 500x100.

SInce you own a 7th Gen, you will have that little box thing on the front of the car still. Might as well just leave the plate there.

Box thing? Do you meant the raised area in the bumper wherer the plate would normally sit?

From what my images tell me, that's not on all of the 7th gens. :what:

the only reason they'd ever touch my car would be vandalism. I'd never ever paint my car with spray paint. i'm too picky though... and even if other people don't see it, I will.

Some other place has some better looking ones... I might be thinking TI or something though because I was thinking of getting my sister one for her Integra.
