Is the HID Kit Brand New or what? Would love to get pics of it. Got the $40.00 in PayPal ready to send your way if it'll fit a 96-00 Civic.

The HID kit is used and has been on my car for about 4 months, i got the kit from one of the sponsor on the site, xenon visions so you can check the site for more detailed information about their kits.
