Fuel gauge reading slosh

I'm at 1/4 tank and the fuel gauge seems to be adjusting with the slosh. The gauge goes down on accel and raises on decel. Do all the 6th gens do this, or should I start hunting down that voltage regulator behind the dash?

Thanks,

Mr. Steel

It's very common. Both me and my friend actually were having a chat about quirks between our civics. He has a 99 and I have a 97. We both noticed the gas gauge doing this. Especially on up hill excel or high speed cornering. Down hill decel and normal decel will adjust it as well.

yeah pretty annoying, turning accelerating/stopping/left/right affects it by like 1/5 tank
