fuel pressure

hey guys im trying to find out what the stock fuel pressure is on a d16y8 and if its a good idea to turn it up just a little bit........with vaccume and with out vaccume........thanks

Not a good idea to turn it up!

Not unless you are supporting some kind of mod that requires extra fuel.

na no reason to turn it up.....but i did notice i have my fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail and it is reading almost 50 with the factory fpr....or should i have the gauge somewhere else.......

On my b18 LS engine the gauge is on the top of the fuel filter and reads 55psi...

it should be around 45psi

I am sorry if by posting this is jacking, but I have the same question

I have AEM fuel rail, B&M fuel pressure gage and B&M adjustable fuel pressure regulator and without vacuum it reads 41-42 and with vacuum the reading is 32, is that correct or should I increase it to 45 without vacuum. will that affect my gas mileage?

BTW: I have 2 doors 97 Civic EX with SRI
