So, the story begins with my brother and his 99 Ex. His interior lights quit working altogether, he kept blowing and replacing the same fuse. He got tired of this and decided to visit the "One Stop Shop for All Your Ricer Needs." He came back from Autozone with a strip of led lights and prceeded to tear apart the cluster and put them in.

Now after removing his needles, they do not work..

How can I get these to work?

Did he plug back in everything when he was done? Check for blown fuses? Did he physically pull the needles off the gauges and reinstall? I heard that is a no no:nono:

Might need a new cluster. Needles were not suppose to be pulled off.
