Okay, I'm a drummer, and I have a couple of cymbals that I bought in the range of $220 to $260, and a friend of mine a drummers forum I frequent was selling/trading his D40 with a lot of extras, and I'm really interested. The cymbal he wants I payed $240 for, so technically, I'm getting everything for only $240. The reason he's selling/trading his camera was because he's no longer interested in photography.
Here's what he PM'd me:
Thanks for any responses/help!

What do you guys think? I'm gonna go for it I think.. considering what I'm getting for only $240 which would otherwise cost me A LOT more I believe.alright so, here's all the gear included:
-Nikon D40 digital body. (with built in flash)
-Tamron 28-80mm aspherical lens.
-Opteka .22x auxiliary fisheye lens. (so good)
-Minolta maxxum 2800 flash. (external, with diffuser)
-ALL lens caps included.
-1 mini/tabletop tripod.
-1 large, extendable tripod. (up to 50 inches tall)
-camera strap.
-1GB SD card.
-USB cable. (to upload pictures to computer)
-Rechargeable D40 battery.
-Battery charger w/ plug.
-Lens cleaning solution & cloth.
-Step ring for lens. (to connect fisheye to regular lens)
-over the shoulder camera bag. (1 out of 2 zippers is broken. however, it is still fully functionable and whatnot).
-D40 users manual.
This is probably one of the easiest SLR's to use. Capable of A LOT. I've had it since July of 2007 and i bought it brand new. The 28-80mm lens is better than the standard 18-55mm that you usually get with a camera like this. Wide range-- good depth of field, etc...
