if your talking about the sound deadner.
it was a cold day in pa colder the better ( so the glue isnt sticky)
took a hammer and a big pry bay like a giant flat head.
out on edge of it and chisel it with the hammer and itll come up in little, big and differnt sizes. so easy some hard.
its worth it though. dropped good weight and i can still have full interior

Thanks lol and i like alittle of both words cleanness for shows and meets and i like the track.

What kind of track events do you do? Autocross, drag, road course?
Mostly 1/4 mile. And sometimes autocross.
