no you wont find one in the junkyard. the older integras came with the D16a1. they will not fit in these cars. you need to talk to a motor dealer online like www.hmotorsonline.com or someone like that. ebay has them most of the time as well. the DOHC ZC is a JDM engine. it never came in a USDM car.

nope 1g tegs D16a1s wont bolt into 4th gens, but will bolt into 3rd gens and 1g CRXs

got the zc back in today, still need a couple parts.

1.hood
2.muffler
3.92-95 rad fan

stuff still need done(all before the PA meet on the 20th lol)
1.re mount Rad
2. fill motor with oil(5-30)
3.antifreeze
4.put new tie rods and knuckels with new brakes on
5. weld whole new rear section exhaust
6. mount whole exhaust
7.mount oil catch can
8.re mount bumper and hook fogs back up.
9. finish the mad max flat black paint job

now on to some pics:


decided to test fit the turbo(my bros turbo charger) found out that the waste gate(external whitch hes going to use) will actually hit the hood, so when we actually put it all on for good, we will have to trim the hood same brand wastegate and manifold. kinda ghey if ya ask me.

and to brake in my new clutch disk.

my brother has a ZC in his dx and that car is fast as s**t. We raced my buddy who has the d15 and he smoked the s**t out of him. There is also another guy in our club who has a ZC in a rex and that car is fast too. Once you get the ZC tuned right it is a very potent motor. I don't know why people knock on it because it dosen't have veriable lift timing and control. It is a good sturdy motor.

thanks, im tuning it with turboedit, people see the numbers and put it down, thats why i call it underrated

snapped a few tonight of the rad mounted, its at a angle for a reason, so it will clear the hood more. dont want to cut to much out of the underside.
