Personally I thnk it's a blast, the graphics rock, multiplayer is bettr then before and coop if fun w/the friends.
I still haven't beaten it, been dabbin here n there.

Alot of negativity
I'm the only one being negative and I wish I could enjoy the graphics. I have to adjust the settings to 720p if I want to play it full screen. If I play it in my 1080p setting the screen is cropped. Yeah, it's f**king awesome alright 
Not to mention that my 10yr old son beat it in only a couple of hours, not on easy either

I have to agree with this statement.
Just because there' no gay porn in em...To this day...I never understood the hype of ANY Halo game...
Have you sat down and played a campaign through? The story is what gets me.
biz does it crop the screen when you split screen in 1080i? or when you are playing single, because if it does when you split screen its to preserver the aspect ratio i think. single player idk why it would.
It's hi-def 1080i when it's single player but when I play in multiplayer I have to change the settings to 480p in order to see it full screen. The thing is that in halo 2 I could play full screen multi player in 1080i but now with halo 3 multi player is cropped in 1080. I was wrong before too, my the t.v. is 1080i not 1080p but still.....
Not only that but the energy sword f**king sucks now, it's slower. I just don't like H3 but that's just my personal opinion.
yeah all hd tv's that i have split screened on have cropped screens, though i only play 1080 i or p but still

ditto! sucks that you can't have split screen in 1080. grrrr.
i think halo 3 is a great game.....but i had more fun playing bioshock than halo 3. halo 3 is still fun....just not as revolutionary as it used to be. playing campaign with your friends online is pretty damn cool though....haven't done that yet. :]

There really isnt anything to understand. Its a basic shooter game that happens to have a fantastic multiplayer setup..To this day...I never understood the hype of ANY Halo game...
and you cant really compare cs to halo.. cs has been around for so long and has evolved so much that its not really in the same category as halo. You cant really pit a pc game against a console game imo..
