Ive got a 96' Honda Civic Dx Non-Vtech 1.6l D16Y7 engine, Ive aligned my camshaft,crankshaft and #1 piston to TDC. But my problem is when i put the Harmonic Balancer on and rotate 6 resolution counterclockwise the camshaft is at TDC but the Harmonic Balancer aint 
. Any suggestions or pointers would be helpful
