Are you looking for clip on covers or a film. If you looking for a film many car sites like Road Armour and Auto City Imports sells them. But as far as clip on covers im not sure where to get them. I'd google it first

yeah i am trying to find a head/tail light film because i cant find smoked tail lights that look nice for my 89 civic hatch, so the next best thing would be smoked covers

I'de check out Lamin-x for films. They sell bulk sheets that you can cut to fit any shape you need. Prices aren't too bad either.
