header and o2 snsor question

i bought an edelbrock header for my 98 civic dx and the header has the hole of the o2 sensor farther than the stock one is there any way i can extend the o2 sensor so that it'll reach or can i eliminate one of them.

did your headers come with an extention? i know the DC headers come with one. if not just ebay one cuz i know from experience that it's gonna suck later on when u cut and spice the wires for ur o2 sensors.

O2 sensors are shielded wires, just buy an extention.

does it help out any when it is moved down to the lower bung?

thanks guys i was wondering if they sold extensions or if i had to splice them and rewire it.

you can buy extensions, and fyi the reason they are moved farther down the exhaust is so your o2 sensor can get a reading off of all four cylinders instead of just one.
