Headlights issue

So I bought aftermarket headlights from eBay. Linked below. I installed them with halogens. But now my light beam goes upward. Searched up many videos on how to align it. But none of them worker. I know usually there's two knobs. I tried the silver knob both ways on both headlights and nothing happened. I tried the black know but nothing moves. Also there's only one placement for the philips which goes to the silver knob. Hope someone can help me. This is my first car and I'm new to the Honda game lol. 98 Civic ex 4dr

Note that the above instructions are for 96-98 Civics. The procedure for 99-00 headlights is different.

Also verify that you installed the headlights correctly.

Is the suspension modified?

It is a 98 ex. And no. The car is 99% stock. So far only changed the grille and headlights.

Thanks. In the meantime any suggestions for what to do next. I was thinking either an intake or lowering springs. Got wheels and a rear bumper on the way already.

To change the rear bumper is a great idea!

I would also recommend you to prepare the front part of your car for painting and refresh it. And just after that do any other modifications.
