my 97 hatch civic worked fine and i went to go somewhere and it wouldnt crank.. all the lights come on and everything turns on but the car wont turn over.. i changed the starter and solenoid but it still does the same thing.. my friend said that i have a bad battery but i hooked jumper cables to it and still the same thing.. i have no idea what to do.. ive pulled all fuses and checked if they were good and had to replace a few but even after that my car wouldnt crank.. can someone please help me!
