Help! What wheels are these?

Got these on a trade. They're 15x6.5 4x100.
Markings inside the spokes are
Spoke 1: Japan
2: pro-5
3: 030
4: a circle stamp with 97/5
5: blank

The only marking I'm finding on the outside is the Japan stamp.

Wannabe Rotas. Funny! Those ARE some decent looking wheels, though. Wish I could help ya with the brand. At least starting off right (good size, good design, and made in Japan)

Traded gsr starfish for them. Previous owner has no idea what they are. I know these are not rotas.
