help with electric windows

hi just got a couple of quick questions if any one can help!
my passenger side electric window has packed up i stript it down and tested the motor and it works fine but it wont move the window up or down any ideas what it could be also i get alot of road noise and air noise while driving around do you know how i can stop this ?

The air noise is from your window not being up properly.
Sounds like your window regulator is not working properly.
Try realigning the window
