I have upgraded my 1994 Civic's engine from a 1.5 non-vtec (D15B) to a 1.6 vtec (B16A). I obviously use the manifold that came with the engine but left the rest of the piping, catalytic converter and back box that was standard with the car.
I want to keep my civic standard, I don't want any loudness. My questions are:
- Is the exhaust piping wider in diameter?
- Is the catalytic converter different?
- Would a B18C (ITR) catalytic and back box work better with my B16A engine?
- Would modifying the B18C manifold to fit my car be worthed?
