oh wait nm, i just re read your post, so it got cut from what? like pinched or rubbed on some metal? the only time that starter kill relay should open the circuit is when there is ground coming from the starter to activate the relay, or in other words when it is armed, if its constantly getting activated from the brain then there might be something wrong with your alarm, i hope im understanding all this right.....
