okay, these are after market headlights

let me explain this easily

my "high beams" are really my low beams
an my "low beams" are really my high beams, also when I go from low to high an HOLD DOWN the high beam switch both lights come on after I let go only 1 comes on

I have pictures that show it,

and Honda civic have the plug that's kinda like this | _ | to connect the lights so it can not be backwards

They are wired incorrectly then. Look up the wiring diagram for OEM headlights and compare to the wiring in your aftermarket headlights to see what is going where. Pictures of the lights isn't all that helpful, we'd need to see the wiring.
