Main Difference is the engine. The Si has a D16Z6 which is a 1.6L SOHC VTEC. The DX has a D15B7 which is a 1.5L SOHC Non-VTEC, so the Si has more power. On top of that, the Si will have more things on it like: Sunroof, Painted Side-View Mirrors, Cargo Lid, and Rear Windshield Wiper. The Si should also have ABS brakes since it's a pre-95. Also, the Si will have disc brakes all around while the DX will have rear drum brakes.
Go with the Si.

* location of both cars
* approximate age of both owners.. male female?
* mileage, and asking price, modifications in detail..
* vehicle maintenance history..
* run a carfax report
* what you plan to do with the car ultimate goals..
just too many variables.. the SI might be beat to s**t owned by some 20 year old idiot who bounces the thing off of the rev limiter every chance he gets.. OR maybe not..
