Horn won't stop with fuse in

Hey everyone. I just bought a 99 EX. I noticed the horn and brake lights didn't work so inspected the fuse compartment and fount #52 was blown. As soon as I stuck a replacement in, the horn started blaring. I let this ride out for about 15 seconds until I pulled the fuse. I know I could come up with a solution by rewiring the horn, but I really want to avoid it...Anyone have any experience with this or have some ideas for a fix? Thanks a lot!

Wrong section. And...'make sure the horn on the steering wheel isn't stuck in grounding itself

try to pop the cover off the buttons on your steering wheels that you normally press for your horn. you'll see how it works and if something is wrong.
