150ish in my STi I would occasionally catch myself cruising between 120 and 130 and not even know it. You could floor it in 6th and I swear it felt like it took 2 secs to go from 80 to 120 once the boost built. It was extremely stable at 120 though. 135 was about the limit of comfort though
