how many pounds of boost should i run

I have a d16a6 motor and have a metal headgasket, eagle h beam rods, je pistons, underdrive pulleys, big 16g turbo, ported and polished exhaust side on head, valvetrain is stock....was thinkin about runing 15 pounds?

Dont pass 300whp unless you do stuff to your head. Under 300whp is still a crapppp ton of fun!!

Don't think ill have valve float or break a spring at high rpm runnin 15 pounds on a stock head?

Nopes. Id be more worried about bending/breaking a rod though.

Ya already did that w my last motor..got 900 hp eagle h beam rods so if I break one of those only on 15 pounds I got some problems

Sounds good but you need to add a better timing belt to the list..

you should be able to make 300 with 15-20psi. upgrading the valve train and cam will help make the same power at lower boost levels though
