A non-vtec B16 doesn't exist, no such thing, b16 have always been vtec, might want to find out the correct engine code of the motor your looking for the hp of.

2nd gen, isn't that the 99-00 Si, which is actually 160hp, unless your talking about the jdm version, which would be 170hp.

that is going to depend on how much teh smooh who is selling it thinks its worth, wether it's built, dying and so on, there is not really a set price.

1st gen b16a u can find for a grand or so..
make sure whatever u get is going to smog and be legal.
i would suggest a b16a2 out of an si since it is newer than your car and would be easier to legalize...

stock b16 with an AWESOME tuner via hondata, you'd be lucky to see 120whp.
