How to replace gauge cluster needles.

I purchased a set of glowing gauges, when I was installing them, I accidentally BROKE my speed needles and the OIL needles(dont no what that is called), , I messed up!!!!! It looks like I cant upload pic?

I wondering is that replaceable? Those needles seem like cant be taken off, I m not quite worry abt the middle ones, but the one shows the OIL statues, without it , I will be in hell......

Does anyone knows how to replace them? and anywhere to purchased those needles? Or I need to replace the whole cluster? Dxxn!!

id just get a new cluster, thats the car gods way of saying you need homo ass glowing gauges.
