best bet would be to load up the computer in safe mode and then delete the s**t, then install a real virus protector and scan the computer, then once done there get a adware removal program and you should be good to go! No reason to wipe out the hard drive.

How do you get to the screen where you totally wipe everything out? I know you press it as the pc boots up but I forgot what key/s. :???:

I have had viruses like these in the past. It took me a week or better to get it resolved but I was able to eventually do it. I used "Spybot- Search and Destroy" and "Hijack This." Both are good programs. If you don't know how to read the Hijack This report that it gives you post it up on here or a tech forum and they will be able to tell you some things that may work. Its a bunch of trial and error.

so im looking at porn when all of a sudden all this s**t starts loading on my computer. Antivirus XP 2008 installed it self somehow..i think i hit enter accidentally. Well the virus change my background to some antivirus screen shot, it wont let me access my task manager and also i am unable to go into control panel and remove the program. I am no longer able to change the background of my computer either. This s**t sucks. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

You dont even need to run it in safe mode, just download McAfee or kaspersky, and run the anti-virus on them, should get rid of it no prob, its prob just a Trojan that was in one of the files, Easy fix. you can easily get the 2008 versions of these programs for free from a torrent....and next time make sure you have a firewall and some virus protection before looking at porn.

Or you could download Avast! or AVG, which are free without the need to deal with cracking the programs.
