I bought the car as is, very quick but runs s***ty at the bottom of each gear! Dude said the ECU needs to be chipped and tuned. First of all, is a P28 for VTEC?? What do I do???
I need the proper ECU set up. p28 running a NON Vtec B20b...

p28 IS for vtec. What motor do you have? Is VTEC engaging (if it's a vtec motor) right now? And if that P28 is chipped, it could have a million different tunes loaded to it. Give us some specs so we can help you better.
EDIT: NM, my bad. You have a non vtec motor so what you need to do is run a B20 base map and disable vtec. Assuming your P28 is chipped or you want to keep it and get it chipped. If i'm not mistaken, I think a lot of the B20 swap guys run P75 ECU's if they're not on custom tunes. Might google that and see what you find.
