So here's how its going down. Start my car ('93 EX D16Z6) and the idle jumps right up to about 3000 rpms. After about 20 seconds the idle drops to about 1200 rpms and then starts revving up and down for about a minute until its almost warm and then it stops and levels out. Sometimes also the idle will fluctuate after I release the clutch when coming to a stop. Not sure if this is the IACV or the FITV. I'm about to just pull them both off and clean them
