Idea's for a 93 civic 4dr

I have a 1993 honda civic 4dr and i want to know what type of things i can do to it to make it look better i got it cheap for $500 and the reason it was that cheap was because the front bumper is cracked and the passenger fender is broken bt everything eles works fine the engine only has 123,000 miles for a car thats not bad for a car thats 16 years old its a good project car but my pockets arnt to deep i wanna fix it up and put rims and maybe lower it but idk u guys probably know more than me about this wat do u guys think i should do to it ??

you always do paint last who cares what it looks like to start with as longs as it rides out good and you like then i say f**k it paint when ur ready

Yo Danny.
Best way to go is to get some stock Vtec rims and just drop your car to the Floor on it.
I will post some pictures of some of our Vtecs then you decide if you like it or not.
