idle adjustment setting,help plz ~~

as everyone know during doing idle adjustment setting on IACV
1) start engine n let to idle untill normal temparature
2) disconnect the 2pin connector from IACV
3) connect the tachometer
4) adjust the TB screw untill 450rpm
5) n so on......

ok my question is,during this setting,A/C is in ON or OFF condition ??

yea AC off.. but... whats with the 450? i thought it was supposed to be 800-900?

Because the IACV is unplugged. The OP is correct.
