Idle won't stay on, engine shuts off

HEY Club Civic!

Need some advice, I bought an EG with a integra block with a CR-V head, idle will not stay on, blue smoke, chipped out ECU, supposedly CROME. I'd like some advice pertaining to the idle problem. Where should I start to look? Idle control valve? ECU? I would totally appreciate any advice towards this solution.

i would imagine it was the ecu, perhaps it wasnt tuned properly...do you get a check engine light when this happens??

Blue smoke is due to worn,blown or didn't set the pistons rings properly aka blow by. You are losing compression. First of all check your compression all the way across and see how bad it is. You are more than likely going to have to rebuild that motor.
