ignition timing?

Can some one tell me what the ignition timing on a 99 civic LX is suppose to be?

When the engine is fully warm, jump the service connector and hook up an inductive timing light. With the engine idling to spec, the pointer on the lower timing belt cover should align perfectly with the red mark (middle mark in group of three) on the crank pulley.
